The "How to Configure Tensorflow video" above assumes that you have been trying to get TensorBoard to work on a Google Cloud instance running Linux but ran into trouble.
Because there are so many ways to set up TensorFlow, I went through quite a bit setting up my first environment. I first started with various installs on my PC, then I decided to use Docker. Finally, I settled on Google's Cloud platform. It is free for one year. I will post my "lessons learned".
