G. Denise Stripling - Denise is the Founder of TechCamp, a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is to promote diversity in technology education and employment.
Denise is an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, where she teaches Information Technology for Sustainability and Introduction to Project Management. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a former Cisco Certified Network Associate and Cisco Certified Design Associate. She is also a State of California Licensed General Contractor. Denise has a business and computer science degree from Humboldt State University, a Masters in Political Science and a Master's in Telecommunications Management from the University of Florida. Denise has worked in start-ups, non-profits, and at fortune 500 companies as a web developer, network engineer, database administrator, Product Manager, and Senior Technical Project Manager for over twenty years, serving at Turner Broadcasting/CNN, AOL/Time-Warner, the Public Health Institute, the University of California San Francisco, MM Electrical & Telecom, NightFire Software, and DogPath.com.
